DELIVERY TERMS
- Price includes Delivery Charge
- Orders will be delivered within 72 hours after receiving a confirmation email
- Customer Service will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a delivery date and time
- Delivery is not valid on Fridays or Public Holidays. A Double Box will be delivered on Thursday for Friday Deliveries
- Payments can only be made via Visa or Mastercard, or Bank Transfer to:

- Zen Cuisine’s delivery team or a secondary courier will deliver to the address stipulated in your order
- In the event of a failed delivery, the order will be returned to Zen Cuisine and you will be contacted within 24 hours to set a new delivery date and time or to pass by to claim it from the kitchen
- Customers are required to sign a Proof of Delivery
- Orders must be immediately checked upon delivery to ensure that they meet the order placed. If the delivery do not comply with the placed order, they can be returned with the courier. Alternatively, contact Zen Cuisine by phone (+974 3066 6544 │ +974 3066 6554) or email (wecare.qa@zenmcuisine.com) within 12 hours of delivery.
